Oh Deer. Our day started at Waffle House and ended by Waffle House, where we spotted these lovely creatures. Yes, baby fawn looking lost by the bustling main road. I hope they found their way back.

Tonight was full of the wonder. We ventured to Ragtag to see The Intouchables. Don’t let the French subtitles keep you from watching this because it is a gem — a feel good comedy based on a true story about a charming Algerian con-man who is hired as a companion and assistant to a disabled French aristocrat. They develop a friendship with changes both their lives. The film is based on the book, You Changed My Life by Abdel Sellou. It is WONDERful.

{The Intouchables} What’s a great movie without dinner? Dinner at Sake is always divine.

Which brings me back to the Waffle House this morning. I finally gave into my craving for pecan waffles. Sometimes you just have to do it. I hope you have a wonderful weekend!
