After our hike/ride, our hosts prepared the barbecued lamb in an outdoor pit, while we enjoyed Pisco Sours and freshly made empanadas (the best!). Lunch was served ~ lamb, chicken, black beans, salad, quinoa, and an array of wonderful desserts. The rolled cake with the Dulce de Leche filling was my favorite (though I had to sample bites of all the goodies!).
