We have this wooden jar which holds coins we’ve collected from our travels — Japan, London, Paris, Rome, Canada, Philippines, etc. They are nice mementos and each coin has a story. You know those cool penny machines, where your penny is flattened and stamped with an icon of that “place” for fifty-one cents? We collect and love those too. For pennies it’s a priceless memory.
