| Ready to roast… |
Taking a cue from Turntable Kitchen, cooking + wine + MUSIC = a very good evening. Their tag is “connecting music with food.” How perfect is that? I like teaming up FILM + FOOD too, you know, dinner and a movie. It’s all good. Anyway, I was inspired by Turntable Kitchen so much that I ran out and bought a few items to go with the nice roast in my fridge. I decided to cook a homemade meal while listening to the cool vibes from Sam’s iPod {thanks girl!}, since I don’t have this red turntable I am coveting. This is new for me, since I’m not the cook in the family. I paired a simple roast with Coppola red wine. Happy to say that the roast turned out delicious and I didn’t burn down the kitchen! I may even make a habit of this {dinner and movie/music & food night}. Stay tuned. Oh, and Happy Leap Year!
